NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING

Honye Financial Services Ltd (LSE: HOYE) announces that a Notice of General
Meeting ("Notice of General Meeting") is being made available to shareholders
today and has been uploaded to the Company's website https://honyefinance.com/
(https://honyefinance.com/) .

The General Meeting ("General Meeting") will take place on 19 June 2025 at 10
a.m. (London time) (5 p.m. Beijing Time) at the offices of Troutman Pepper
Locke UK LLP, 201 Bishopsgate, London, EC2M 3AB. Full details on how to attend
the General Meeting are contained in the Notice of General Meeting.

The Notice of General Meeting is expected to be posted today to those
shareholders who have elected to receive communications in hard copy.

Shareholders are encouraged to register their votes on all the resolutions
contained in the Notice of General Meeting in accordance with the explanatory
notes set out in the Notice of General Meeting as early as possible.

A copy of the Notice of General Meeting and the associated Form of Proxy and
Form of Instruction are being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and
will shortly be available for inspection at
