Australia's Hot Chili jumps most in over 4 weeks on investment in Chile project

** Shares of metals explorer Hot Chili Ltd  HCH.AX  jump as much
as 9% to A$1.090, their biggest intra-day pct gain since May 29,
if gains hold
    ** Co announces $15 mln investment agreement for a 1% net
smelter return royalty on copper across its Costa Fuego
copper-gold project in Chile 
    ** Says expansion capital costs for Costa Fuego is estimated
at $708 mln 
    ** Initiates preliminary economic assessment of Costa Fuego
project 
    ** Shares hit their highest level since June 14 
    ** More than 184,700 shares change hands as compared with
the 30-day average volume of ~181,230 shares  
    ** Stock up 14.3% this year as of last close, vs a 1.1%
increase in the benchmark S&P/ASX 200 index  .AXJO
