SINGAPORE, May 19 (Reuters) - HSBC Holdings HSBA.L priced A$1.4 billion ($1 billion) of senior unsecured kangaroo notes on Tuesday, split across a floating-rate tranche and two fixed-to-floating-rate tranches, according to a term sheet seen by Reuters.
