The notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
The Company announces that Alan Peterson, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has sold 52,825 ordinary shares as part of the liquidation of a self-invested personal pension. 
Following this sale, Mr Peterson holds a total of 884,392 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 0.5 per cent. of the total voting rights.
It is Mr Peterson's intention to take up in full his entitlement to subscribe for new ordinary shares under the forthcoming open offer.
