Total Voting Rights
As at 8 December 2020 the Company's issued share capital consists of 696,477,654 ordinary shares of one pence each. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company as at 8 December 2020 is therefore 696,477,654. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
