Ibstock Plc ("Ibstock" or "the Company") was notified on 28 April 2023 that
Nicola Bruce, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, had purchased 5,939
ordinary shares in the Company at 168.36p per share on 28 April 2023.

 

Following this purchase Nicola Bruce's total shareholding in the Company is
