Annual General Meeting 2023 Results
The 2023 Annual General Meeting of Ibstock Plc (the "Company") was held at 54
Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8HN on Thursday, 27 April 2023 at 11:00am
All of the resolutions were voted upon by poll and were passed by
shareholders. The total number of ordinary shares in issue was 409,631,594
shares. As at the time of the meeting there were 16,791,470 shares held in
Treasury meaning that the total voting rights were 392,840,124 shares.

Meeting, which is available on the Company's
website www.ibstockplc.com/investors (http://www.ibstockplc.com/investors)
(with each resolution number below corresponding to the resolution number in
the Notice).
