Temporary Suspension of Listing

ICFG Limited (LON: ICFG), the international financial services group,
announces a delay in the completion and publication of its audited accounts
for the year ended 31 December 2025 while the Company finalises certain
procedures. The Board confirms that they continue to work closely and
constructively with the auditor, Ernst & Young, to complete the process.
Accordingly, a temporary suspension of the Company's listing took effect from
7:30am BST today, 1 May 2026.

A further announcement will be made in due course, including an update on the
expected timeline for completion and publication of the audited accounts.
