Dividend Declaration

 

The Board of The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that it has declared an
interim dividend of 3.00 pence per ordinary share, in respect of the year
ending 30 September 2024.  The dividend will be paid on 18 October 2024 to
Shareholders on the Register on 20 September 2024.  The ex-div date is 19
September 2024.

 

Shareholders wishing to amend their participation in the Dividend Investment
Scheme must submit their instruction to the Scheme Administrator, The City
Partnership (UK) Limited, by no later than 4 October 2024.  For further
