The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 26 September 2023 it
purchased 809,194 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 73.47
pence per share for cancellation.

 

Following this transaction, the Company has in issue 154,766,933 Ordinary
shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each, all with voting rights.
