INDIVIOR PLC (THE 'COMPANY')
NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ('PDMR') AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM
This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
The Company announces that on 4 December 2020 Kathryn Hudson, a PDMR of the Company, was granted an option over 9,375 ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in the Company under the Indivior UK Savings Related Share Option Plan at an option price of £0.96 per share. The option was granted in conjunction with the entering into of a three-year savings contract. The option will become exercisable on 1 March 2024. 
 
The Company also announces that on 4 December 2020 Hillel West, a PDMR of the Company, was granted an option over 11,250 ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in the Company under the Indivior UK Savings Related Share Option Plan at an option price of £0.96 per share. The option was granted in conjunction with the entering into of a three-year savings contract. The option will become exercisable on 1 March 2024.  
 
Hillel West was further granted an option over 12,500 ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in the Company under the Indivior UK Savings Related Share Option Plan at an option price of £0.96 per share.  The option was granted in conjunction with the entering into of a five-year savings contract. The option will become exercisable on 1 March 2026.
