FERROVIAL FERF.AS

Ferrovial said on Wednesday it closed a 500 million euro bond issuance maturing in 2032.

TELEFONICA TEF.MC

Telefonica said on Wednesday it was teaming up with Airbus Helicopters Espana on a 5G aviation project.

SABADELL SABE.MC

Sabadell CEO Cesar Gonzalez-Bueno said on Wednesday he expected the bank to close the sale of its British unit TSB by the end of April.

INDRA IDR.MC

Spain's state holding company SEPI said on Wednesday it had asked Indra to resolve a conflict of interest before the analysis of its bid for a merger with EM&E can continue.

ARTECHE ARTC.MC

Arteche said on Wednesday it bought a 35% stake in Uptech.

SACYR SCYR.MC

Sacyr is strengthening its control over several infrastructure concessions in Chile by acquiring minority stakes from its partners, Spanish online news website El Economista reported on Thursday.

REPSOL REP.MC

Goldman Sachs cut the company to "neutral" from "buy" and raised its target price to 25 euros from 24 euros.

IAG ICAG.L

RBC cut its target to 480 pence from 500 pence.

Separately, Deutsche Bank cut the target to 460 pence from 500 pence.
