Banco Santander is owed between 200 million pounds ($267 million) and 300 million pounds by a company tied to Market Financial Solutions, a British mortgage lender that collapsed last week, Bloomberg News reported on Wednesday, citing a person familiar with the matter.

Indra has chosen GMV, Nord Motorreductores and several SMEs including Niasa, Teyde 2010 and AC Precision as industrial partners for Spain's 30 million euro counter-battery radar programme, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Thursday, citing sources at the company.
Separately, most independent directors at Indra support a merger by absorption with Escribano Mechanical & Engineering, leaving state holding SEPI in a minority position and relying only on Sapa's backing, el Economista reported on Thursday, citing multiple sources.
