Spanish stocks - Factors to watch on March 9

March 9 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Monday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy:

FERROVIAL FER.MC  Jefferies downgraded Ferrovial to "hold" from "buy" and lowered its target price to 60 euros ($69) from 62.5 euros on Monday.

REPSOL REP.MC  Repsol's CEO Josu Jon Imaz will begin a two‑week investor roadshow in the U.S. and Europe to pave the way for a potential Wall Street listing of its upstream unit valued at over 20 billion euros, Expansion said on Monday, citing unnamed financial sources.

TELEFONICA TEF.MC  Brazil's regulator Anatel plans to restrict major operators such as Telefonica's Vivo at a 5G spectrum auction in April, to favour smaller regional players, Spanish newspaper El Economista reported on Monday.

INDRA IDR.MC Indra's CEO Jose Vicente de los Mozos has proposed buying Escribano M&E through an asset swap to avoid capital dilution and bypass government objections to a full merger, while he also weighs resigning ahead of a March 25 board meeting, El Confidencial reported on Monday, citing unnamed sources.

NEINOR HOME.MC Neinor said on Friday it would propose an extraordinary dividend of 0.708 euro per share.
