Australia's Industrial Minerals jumps on receiving drilling permit for WA project

** Shares of Industrial Minerals Ltd  IND.AX  rise as much
as 10% to A$1.155, set for best day since Nov 15, if gains hold 
    ** The mining co says it has received an approval of works
from the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety for
its Pippingarra quarry project in Western Australia   
    ** Adds co will begin drilling at the project immediately,
expects completion of drilling to take place during Dec 
    ** About 402,485 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 714,327 shares
    ** Stock up 169.2% this year, as of last close
