Director/PDMR Shareholding

London: Informa PLC ('the Company'), the international B2B Live Events, B2B
Digital Services and Academic Markets Group, advises that on 20 May 2026, the
Company's Executive Directors purchased ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the
Company ('Partnership Shares') as part of the Company's all-colleague equity
incentive programme, ShareMatch. The Executive Directors purchased their full
annual allocation of Partnership Shares which, under the terms of ShareMatch,
were then matched on a ratio of two Matching Shares for each Partnership
purchased, subject to holding requirements and other rules of the programme.
