** Credo Technology Group Holding CRDO.O agreed to acquire privately held DustPhotonics for $750 million in cash, expanding its push into silicon photonics and high-speed optical connectivity for AI data centers.

** Brazilian state-run oil firm Petrobras PETR3.SA is in initial direct negotiations with Abu Dhabi's Mubadala sovereign wealth fund to repurchase the Mataripe refinery in Brazil, two sources with knowledge of the matter told Reuters.

** Japan's Infroneer Holdings 5076.T has decided to buy domestic waterworks operator Swing in a deal estimated to surpass 90 billion yen ($564.33 million), Nikkei Asia reported.

** State-backed utility Saudi Energy is forming a regional joint venture with UK's Kraken and will take a minority stake in the software firm which was spun off from Octopus Energy Group, Sky News reported .
