Investor Presentation via Investor Meet Company

 

Ingenta plc (AIM: ING), a leading provider of software and services to the
publishing and media industries, will be presenting via the Investor Meet
Company platform on 7 May 2026 at 14:00 (BST).

 

The live presentation will give existing and prospective investors the
opportunity to listen to management discuss the Company's results for the year
ended 31 December 2025.

 

The presentation will be hosted by Scott Winner (CEO) and Jon Sheffield (CFO),
and there will be an opportunity for Q&A at the end of the meeting.
Questions can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard
up until 9.00 a.m. (BST) on 6 May 2026 or at any time during the live
