The Company confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts and notice of Annual
General Meeting ("AGM") have today been posted to shareholders. The AGM will
be held at the Company's head office, Suite 2, Whichford House, Parkway Court,
John Smith Drive, Oxford, OX4 2JY at 10.30am on 25 June 2026.

 

The Annual Report and Accounts and notice of AGM are also available to view on
