    * Says it plans to sell 100 percent stake in its wholly 
owned unit BIJ Inc to a Kanagawa-based investment firm (KJ 
Investment) and investors cloud co ltd, for totaling 312 million 
yen 
    * Says transaction date is Feb. 16 
    * Co will hold no stake in the unit after transaction
