Transaction in Own Shares

 

IAG announces that from 18 May 2026 to 22 May 2026 it purchased a total of
6,822,053 ordinary shares of €0.10 each in the capital of the Company.

The purchases were made pursuant to the €500 million share buyback programme
(the "Programme") announced on 15 May 2026. Shares acquired pursuant to the
Programme will be held in treasury, subject to the approval of their
cancellation at IAG's Annual General Meeting.

Following the purchases, the Company holds 156,007,522 treasury shares and the
Company's issued share capital (excluding shares held as treasury shares)
consists of 4,455,662,005 shares.

The Company's issued share capital is 4,611,669,527 shares. This figure may be
used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they
will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change
to their interest in, the Company to the Spanish National Securities Market
commission (CNMV).

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the Market
Abuse Regulation), or, as the case may be, under any equivalent law or
regulation applicable in the United Kingdom, a full breakdown of the
individual trades made by Morgan Stanley Europe SE (or any of its delegates)
on behalf of Company (acting as riskless principal and not as agent) as part
