Annual General Meeting 2026

The Company announces that its 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held at
Baarerstrasse 52, CH-6300, Zug, Switzerland on Tuesday 19 May 2026 at 11 am
(Swiss time).

The Company will today publish and post (or otherwise make available) to
shareholders its Notice of Annual General Meeting with related explanatory
circular (together the "AGM Notice and Circular").

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the AGM Notice and Circular
have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be
available to view at  https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
(https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism) .

The AGM Notice and Circular can also be downloaded from the Company's website
