** ITRI forecasts 2025 adjusted per-share earnings in the range of $5.20 to $5.60, above the consensus estimate of $4.97 per share, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Company reports fourt-quarter adjusted earnings per share of $1.35, beating analyst' estimate of $1.05

** 12 of 15 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher, 3 "hold;" their median PT is $130 — LSEG

** Including session's moves, stock down ~6.9% YTD
