    * Says it revises conversion price to 8,081.6 yen from 
8,110.6 yen per share for the 2020 due euro-yen denominated 
convertible bonds with warrants 
    * Says it revises conversion price to 7,971.0 yen from 
7,999.6 yen per share for the 2022 due euro-yen denominated 
convertible bonds with warrants 
    * New conversion price applicable from April 1
