    * Says it will hold 2.95 percent shares of Creative Platform 
Group Co., Ltd. 
    * The payment date on April 28 
    * Says Creative Platform Group Co., Ltd. will acquire 1.2 
million shares (4.9 percent stake ) of the company on April 12
