Announcement about major shareholder
 
Jyske Bank has informed Nordjyske Bank that as at 12 June 2018 Jyske Bank's holding of voting rights and share capital in Nordjyske Bank is below 5% as a result of the share exchange in connection with the merger between Nordjyske Bank and Ringkjøbing Landbobank.
 
In continuation of the above, Jyske Bank has informed Ringkjøbing Landbobank that as at 12 June 2018 Jyske Bank's holding of share capital in Ringkjøbing Landbobank is above 10% due to the share exchange in connection with the merger between Nordjyske Bank and Ringkjøbing Landbobank.
 
Finally, Jyske Bank has informed Ringkjøbing Landbobank that as at 13 June 2018 Jyske Bank's holding of share capital in Ringkjøbing Landbobank is below 5% due to the sale of shares received in the share exchange in connection with the merger between Nordjyske Bank and Ringkjøbing Landbobank to Nykredit.
