According to S. 30 of the Danish Capital Market Act, we announce that on 15 February 2019 Jyske Bank was informed that Massachusetts Financial Services Company (MFS), 111 Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA 02199-7618, United States on 14 February 2019 reduced its holding of shares in Jyske Bank A/S to 4,167,721 shares of DKK 10, equalling 4.91% of the total share capital.
