BNP PARIBAS BNPP.PA: The French bank said on Monday it filed an opening brief with a U.S. Court of Appeals seeking reversal of a trial court judgment regarding allegations it funded Sudan's regime, and received support from the governments of Switzerland and the United States, academics, and industry organizations.
ENGIE ENGIE.PA: French utility company Engie signed an export finance agreement worth €1 billion ($1.16 billion), benefiting from a guarantee by Euler Hermes acting on behalf of the Federal Republic of Germany.
