Meeting") have been posted to shareholders and are now available to download

Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10.00 a.m. on
Thursday 18 June 2026 at the offices of Keystone Law, 48 Chancery Lane,
London, WC2A 1JF.

 

The voting results of all resolutions put before the AGM will be announced
shortly afterwards, and the proxy figures for the resolutions will be made
available on the Company's website following the meeting.
