S.Korea's Posco extends gain on US tariff exemption

** Shares of steelmaker Posco  005490.KS  jump as much as 5
pct as investors continue to come in after the United States
exempted tariffs on South Korean steel under quota  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nL3N1R819V
    ** Posco shares post biggest intraday pct gain since Feb 1;
head for second straight session of gains
    ** Shares of Dongbu Steel  016380.KS  and Seah Steel
 003030.KS  fall over 3 pct each as these two companies could be
negatively affected when given U.S. quota, said Bang Min-jin, an
analyst at Eugene Investment & Securities 
    ** Broader market  .KS11  up 0.6 pct as of 0457 GMT
