S.Korean steel shares jump on U.S. tariff exemption

** Shares of most South Korean steelmakers rise as U.S.
announces tariff exemption on steel imports from South Korea,
while moving towards trade war with China  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nL1N1QZ0DZ
    ** Shares of Dongbu Steel  016380.KS  soar as much as 26.1
pct while Husteel  005010.KS  and Seah Steel  003030.KS  jump
14.6 pct and 4.7 pct, respectively
    ** Posco  005490.KS , however, fell more than 3 pct, in line
with broader market  .KS11 
    ** Broader market down 2 pct as of 0029 GMT
