Prepayment of the Syndicated Credit Facility

 

Kuwait Projects Company (Holding) K.S.C.P. (KIPCO), the Guarantor of Kuwait
Projects Co SPC Limited, announced that it has made a prepayment of all of the
remaining outstanding balance of USD195 million under the USD525 million
syndicated credit facility.
