General Assembly Meetings

 

Kuwait Projects Company (Holding) K.S.C.P. (in its capacity as the Obligor of
Kuwait Projects Company Sukuk Limited), announced that on Tuesday, 23 April
2024, it held its Ordinary Annual General Assembly Meeting and the
Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting, and all the agenda items of both the
meetings were duly approved by the shareholders. Please refer to the following

The shareholders approved the Board of Directors recommendation for not
distributing dividends to the shareholders for the financial year ended 31 Dec
2023.

After the Annual General Assembly Meeting, the Group Chief Executive Officer,
Sheikha Dana Naser Sabah Al Ahmad Al Sabah, made a presentation to the
shareholders, outlining the company's strategies and key highlights of the
