Update related to Executive Management

 

Kuwait Projects Company (Holding) K.S.C.P., in its capacity as the Obligor of
Kuwait Projects Company Sukuk Limited, announced that its Group Chief
Financial Officer (Mr. Sunny Bhatia) is relocating outside the country for
family reasons, and therefore has resigned from the services of the company
effective 31 March 2026.

The Company's Board of Directors and management express their sincere thanks
and appreciation to Mr. Bhatia for his dedication and exemplary service
throughout his tenure and wish him every success in his future endeavors.
