** Shares of Australia's Kingsrose Mining KRM.AX fall as much as 32.7%, their biggest intraday pct loss ever

** Stock hit lowest level since July 16

** Mineral explorer receives decision from the Northern Finland Administrative Court regarding appeal lodged against granting of exploration permit for Area 1 of Penikat Project, Finland

** Says administrative court overturned granting of the Exploration Permit by the mining regulator, Tukes, due to technical oversights in their administration process

** Says will work closely with Tukes to support improvement of administrative processes and submit revised exploration permit application

** About 6.5 mln shares change hands, 7.2x the 30-day average

** Stock last down 22.5%, trimming YTD gains to 8.6%
