Gold Exploration - Nielle Licence Expiration
Kodal Minerals (AIM: KOD), the West African lithium producer, mineral
exploration and development company, announces that the Company's licence in
connection with the Nielle gold concession located in the Tongon-Banfora
greenstone belt in Côte d'Ivoire (the "Nielle Licence") has expired.
Consequently, the Company no longer holds any continuing interest in that

with the local mining code. In 2023 the Company was granted a further two-year
exceptional renewal. The Company did request a further exceptional renewal
of the Nielle Licence, however, this was not accepted.

and producer, is the co-developer of its flagship Bougouni Lithium
Project in Southern Mali alongside its partner Hainan Mining Co. Ltd, a
subsidiary of Hong Kong-listed Fosun International.
The Bougouni Lithium Project covers 350km² in the world-class Birimian

subsidiary of Kodal Mining UK Limited ('KMUK') which owns the project and in
which Kodal has a 49 per cent shareholding.
