* Signs memorandum of understanding with Komai Haltec Inc
5915.T to study the possibility of production of wind turbines
or their components in Russian Far East
* Plans to build 178 wind power objects in the Far East
until 2020 - deputy general director for strategy and
investments Aleksey Kaplun
* Out of planned 178 wind power objects there are four wind
farms and 35 wind energy systems in isolated power districts
with a total capacity of more than 100 MW
