    * Says its wholly owned unit Eve Corporation Co.,Ltd will
merge
with the company's wholly owned Tokyo-based unit, which is
mainly engaged in sales of shoe care goods and shoe maintenance
service 
    * Merger effective Nov. 1
    * Says the Tokyo-based unit will be dissolved after the
