Komehyo Holdings Co.,Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the brand and fashion business, tire and wheel business, as well as real estate leasing business. The Company operates through three business segments. The Brand and Fashion Business segment is engaged in the procurement and sale of new and pre-owned jewelry and precious metals, watches, handbags, apparel, kimono, cameras, musical instruments, and related products. The Tire and Wheel Business segment provides planning, research and development, manufacturing, sales, and related services for passenger vehicle tires and wheels, automotive accessories, and automotive components. The Real Estate Leasing Business segment is engaged in the leasing and management of retail properties, as well as the leasing of major Group-operated stores to affiliated Group companies.
