 News Release: Notice Concerning Change of Representative Directors

KONAMI GROUP CORPORATION (the "Company") hereby announces that it has
approved, at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on May 8, 2026, to
change the Company's representative directors as described below. It will be
formally determined by resolution at the 54th Ordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders and the meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled to be held on
June 25, 2026.
