    * Says it will transfer entire shares of a wholly owned 
Aichi-based unit, which is engaged in logistics business and 
warehousing business, to a wholly owned Nagaya-based unit, which 
is mainly engaged in sales of office and stationery products and 
office automation equipment  
    * Effective June 20
