** Stock hits biggest intraday pct drop since June 14, 2022
** Diversified miner to raise A$1.3 million ($910,520.00) through placement 
** Offer price of A$0.02/share represents a 30% discount, as of company's July 28 close before the stock entered a trading halt for the placement announcement
** Funds will be used execute next phase of exploration at the Commonwealth–Silica Hill Gold-Silver Project in Australia
