Description: Bank of Japan policymakers discussed further rate hikes at their
meeting last month - according to the BOJ minutes. One member of the policy
board said the central bank should eventually raise its key rate to around 1%
or higher, and that's the first time a BOJ policymaker has specified a
potential endpoint. Japanese yields were down today, and the yen gained in
volatile trade.
