Unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Société Générale
under the Debt Instruments Issuance Programme (the "Programme")
 
ISIN: JE00BVXVSY62 (the "Notes")
 
Early Termination of Notes
We refer to the Final Terms giving details of the Notes issued on 05/03/2015 (the "Final Terms").
This notice must be read in conjunction with the base prospectus dated 28/10/2014 (the "Programme"), the supplements of the Programme, as set out in the Final Terms and the Final Terms. Terms and expressions defined in the applicable Final Terms and the Programme shall have the same meanings when used herein except where the context requires otherwise or unless otherwise stated.
 
The Issuer hereby notifies the Noteholders that the Notes will be subject to early redemption at the option of the Issuer in accordance with Part A, paragraph 17 of the Final Terms. 
 
The Optional Redemption Date of the Notes shall be on 10/09/2020.
