Sept 2 (Reuters) - Liechtensteinische Landesbank/ROTHSCHILD:

* Liechtensteinische Landesbank AG (LLB) has entered into an agreement with Rothschild & Co Bank AG for the referral of private banking clients in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

* LLB is withdrawing from its business locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

* Liechtensteinische Landesbank will recommend Rothschild & Co Bank AG as a future partner to clients in the United Arab Emirates.

* The referral potential amounts to approximately CHF 1 billion.
