ZURICH/BERLIN, Nov 4 (Reuters) - The Swiss blue-chip SMI
 .SSMI  was seen opening 0.1% higher at 10,015 points on
Wednesday, according to premarket indications by bank Julius
Baer  JBPRE01 .

    The insurance company said fee income through September 2020
