** Stock marks biggest intraday pct loss since January 20

** Gold-copper explorer and developer says it will raise A$15.4 million ($10.65 million) at A$.55 per share in a placement

** Offer price represents a discount of 14.7% to last close on January 21, before stock went on trading halt pending announcement

** Co says proceeds will help accelerate drilling programme at the Gilmore gold-copper project

** Stock has more than tripled in value YTD
