Australia's Liontown Resources to revise Tesla offtake deal pricing, in talks with Ford

Sept 30 (Reuters) - Liontown Resources LTR.AX said on Tuesday that it has agreed with Tesla TSLA.O to make changes to the pricing mechanism in their long-term offtake agreement. The lithium miner is also in talks with Ford Motor F.N to revise their offtake and loan agreements.
