** Shares of Liontown LTR.AX rise as much as 7.8% to A$1.320, their biggest intraday pct gain since August 7
** Shares hit their highest level since August 24
** The battery minerals provider enters farm-in agreement with Next Lithium Corp to earn up to 100% interest in the Centenario lithium brine exploration project in Argentina
** Initial consideration payable comprises $5 million cash and $10 million in Liontown shares
** YTD, LTR shares down 18.3%
