biggest intraday pct gain since March 20
** Mineral explorer's unit enters into an earn-in agreement
to buy up to 80% interest in Western Australia's Ilgarari Copper
Project
** Says the project has high-grade copper mineralisations
and the acquisition is a cost-effective entry into it
** Stock hits its highest level since June 21
** Over 2.3 mln shares traded, 19.2x the 30-day avg, in
stock's busiest session since mid-March
** LRD down ~35% YTD
